Containers clear at Port Botany and pallets go out on a flatbed or crane truck to your postcode. Steep driveways on the North Shore, Northern Beaches and Hills District often need a truck-mounted crane (Hiab) — tell us your access and we include it in the quote. 01 How is limestone delivered to a Sydney building site?
Pallets travel from Port Botany by flatbed or crane truck to your postcode. We need the suburb, whether a forklift is on site, and any access limits (steep drive, narrow street, clearways). Crane delivery is quoted separately when the truck cannot unload at the kerb.
02 Can I combine yellow limestone with custom stepping-stone sizes in one Sydney order?
Yes. One Sydney order can mix colours and sizes — for example 600 × 400 yellow for a patio plus 600 × 300 black stepping stones — as long as each line meets the pack minimum. The pack builder shows the area and piece count for each line before you send it.
03 Is it cheaper than buying from a Sydney stone yard?
For 24 m² and above it usually is, because there is no local warehouse margin. Retail black limestone in Australia is commonly listed from about $58 to $100 per m². The trade-off is time: you wait 8–12 weeks for the shipment instead of collecting today.
04 How long does a limestone paver order take to reach Sydney?
Plan on 8–12 weeks from confirmed order to delivery: production and packing in India, 22–28 days at sea (Krishnapatnam → Port Botany), then customs clearance and the local leg. Your written quote gives an estimated arrival window.
05 What is the minimum order?
Our smallest standard order is one ~24 m² mixed patio crate. Single-size orders are priced from about 25 m², with better rates at 50, 100 and 200 m² and full containers.
06 Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Ask on WhatsApp and we will send a sample of the colour and finish you are considering. For bulk orders we strongly recommend checking a physical sample, because natural stone varies between batches.

- Pavers are produced and shipped for your order. We do not hold Australian warehouse stock unless we say so in your quote.
- Lead time
- 8–12 weeks is a planning estimate. Your quote confirms the production slot and shipping schedule; we do not guarantee dates until the vessel is booked.
- Natural variation
- Colour, veining and thickness vary within accepted tolerances — that is natural stone. Ask for a physical sample before a bulk order.
- Delivery & access
- Delivery is quoted by postcode. Crane trucks, narrow access or upper-level drops are priced separately and agreed before you order.
- Damage or shortage
- Check pallets on delivery and report damage or shortages with photos within 48 hours. We replace or credit confirmed losses.
- Your rights
- Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Delays, refunds and replacements are handled in line with your written quote and the ACL.
