01 Why are your limestone pavers cheaper than Australian stone yards?
We import to order, so there is no Australian warehouse, showroom or idle stock to pay for. Australian retail listings for black limestone commonly sit around $58–$100 per m²; ours start from $45/m² incl. GST in most capital cities. The trade-off is time — you wait for the shipment.
02 What is the minimum order quantity?
One ~24 m² mixed patio crate. Single-size orders are priced from about 25 m². Smaller orders can join a waitlist and be consolidated into a future shipment.
03 How long does an imported paving order take?
Typically 8–12 weeks from confirmed order to delivery. Perth via Fremantle is usually fastest; Darwin and Cairns take longer. Your quote gives an estimated arrival window.
04 How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is quoted by postcode and depends on distance from the port, the number of pallets and whether you need a crane truck. We show it as a separate line so you can compare like for like.
05 What happens if my order is delayed?
We keep you updated from production to arrival. If a confirmed shipment is significantly delayed, you can discuss options including cancellation and refund of your deposit, in line with your written quote and the Australian Consumer Law.
06 How are broken or damaged pavers handled?
Inspect pallets on delivery and send photos of any breakage or shortage within 48 hours. We replace or credit confirmed losses. The 10% cutting allowance in our calculator also covers normal site breakage.

- Pavers are produced and shipped for your order. We do not hold Australian warehouse stock unless we say so in your quote.
- Lead time
- 8–12 weeks is a planning estimate. Your quote confirms the production slot and shipping schedule; we do not guarantee dates until the vessel is booked.
- Natural variation
- Colour, veining and thickness vary within accepted tolerances — that is natural stone. Ask for a physical sample before a bulk order.
- Delivery & access
- Delivery is quoted by postcode. Crane trucks, narrow access or upper-level drops are priced separately and agreed before you order.
- Damage or shortage
- Check pallets on delivery and report damage or shortages with photos within 48 hours. We replace or credit confirmed losses.
- Your rights
- Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Delays, refunds and replacements are handled in line with your written quote and the ACL.
