Capability · III

From quarry to container.

Six things that separate a serious exporter from a re-seller. Every one of these is in-house.

I

Own quarry partnerships

Long-standing relationships with quarry operators across Andhra Pradesh (granite), Karnataka (granite, quartzite), Tamil Nadu (granite), Rajasthan (limestone, sandstone, marble) and Madhya Pradesh (sandstone). Direct-from-block pricing, not wholesale markup.

II

In-house factory & fabrication

Cutting, polishing, calibrating, profiling, edge work and packing — all in-house. We control the schedule, the finish consistency and the documentation. No subcontract handoffs.

III

CNC machining

5-axis CNC for complex profiles, water-jet patterns, bookmatched-slab cutting, intricate carvings and inlay work. Useful for facade panels, façade-stone column work, hospitality bespoke pieces and memorial inscriptions.

IV

Handcrafted craftsmanship

Traditional carved profiles, hand-finished sandstone cobbles, hand-set mosaic, restoration-grade hand-pressing for heritage projects. India's stone-craft tradition is centuries deep — we work it where machines can't go.

V

Container packing & logistics

Wooden A-frame bundles, foam-padded edges, 4-way pallet bases, fully-fumigated ISPM-15 wooden packing. Container loading at our facility — typical 20-foot ≈ 18–20 tonnes of slabs; 40-foot ≈ 22–25 tonnes.

VI

Documentation & certification

ISO 9001 quality management. Per-shipment commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin (FORM-A / EUR.1 / GSP as applicable), phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, marine insurance documentation.

Questions · V

Frequently asked.

For first-time importers and established trade buyers. Specific market questions on each country page.

Trade enquiry →
01 What is the typical lead time for an export order? +
Standing-inventory orders (popular granites, Kota stone, common sandstone) ship within 3–4 weeks of order confirmation. Custom-fabricated orders (CNC, bookmatched, carved profiles, project-size slabs) take 6–10 weeks. Ocean transit adds 25–35 days to Australia and the UAE, 30–45 days to the US east coast, 18–25 days to UK / Europe via Suez.
02 Do you sell FOB or CIF? Can you handle door delivery? +
Both — and we routinely quote ex-works, FOB, CFR, CIF and DDP depending on your preference. For first-time importers we recommend CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight to your nearest port); for established importers with in-country logistics, FOB or ex-works are often more economical. Door delivery is available in most markets through our agents.
03 What is your minimum order quantity? +
For standard granite slabs we typically work from a 20-foot container minimum (about 18–20 tonnes / 500–600 sq m of slab). For Kota stone and Indian sandstone paving we can ship from a 20-foot container (about 25 tonnes / 600–750 sq m). Mixed-stone orders are accommodated — we can ship a single container with multiple stone types if the project calls for it.
04 Can you produce custom CNC and carved profiles? +
Yes. Our fabrication facility runs 5-axis CNC for facade panels, column rounds, capitals, balusters, fountain bowls, intricate inlay and large-format bookmatched panels. For traditional carved work — temple-grade profiles, heritage memorial stones, hand-carved capitals — we work with master craftsmen on a per-project basis.
05 What documentation do you provide with each shipment? +
Commercial invoice · Packing list · Bill of Lading (or air waybill for sample / urgent shipments) · Certificate of Origin (FORM-A for GSP-eligible markets, EUR.1 for Europe, or generic certificate) · Phytosanitary and ISPM-15 fumigation certificate for the wooden packing · Marine insurance certificate when CIF · Material test certificate where required by destination standards.
06 How do I get samples before placing a container order? +
We courier 100×100mm or 200×200mm physical samples by international express to most countries (transit 4–7 days). For larger sample boards (300×300mm or 600×600mm tile), we ship via air-freight or consolidated ocean cargo. Sample costs are credited against the first commercial order.
07 Do you handle Australian, US or EU compliance and standards? +
For Australia we supply material test reports to AS/NZS 4456 (slip resistance) and AS 3700 where applicable. For the EU we provide CE-marking declarations under EN 1341 / EN 1342 for paving products. For the US we supply ASTM C615 (granite), ASTM C568 (limestone) and ASTM C99 / C170 / C880 test data on request. Specifications can be agreed pre-order.
08 Can you work with architects on bespoke projects? +
Yes — significant portion of our export work is architect-led. We accept CAD shop drawings, work with project specifications and design teams, fabricate per-piece to drawing, and deliver in load-sequence so the install team receives pieces in the right order. Project documentation and progress photography is shared throughout fabrication.
